Uniquely Crafted Locking Steel Restraint

This small and compact steel restraint is very effective. The collar opens up and closes around the person's neck and then the wrists restraints are applied. Lastly the device stays closed with a single standard padlock. Heavy steel construction ensures maximum security, while lightweight design allows for extended wear time. Total weight is approx. 4 lbs.
